The title of this video is taken from a quote by Philippe Vergne in 'Ice Cream', Phaidon 2007, where he asks 'Are We Compilling a list of the Next Best Flavours of the Year?' He asks this as he is taking about the book, Ice Cream and how the artists are selected for inclusion in the book.
This video was made for the exhibition Big Foot, which was a collaboration between Monster Truck Gallery and the
RHA in Dublin in 2008. The video details an ice cream sunday spinning on a turn table for ever. The ice cream is on show to all, to be admired and wanted.
